Are you still experiencing delivery issues with the white iPhone 4 8GB. I was due to receive a phone from you on the 29th Nov – it didn’t arrive. CS can’t give me any date for delivery. Why the delay ?
@ Sophie – The iPhone 4 in white has been a popular choice, sorry that yours didn’t arrive on the Thursday when you expected it to. Did you get another email from us letting you know when to expect it?
ordered the white iphone on wednesday and it said it would be delivered on thursday then got an email saying today and it still hasn’t. is there any way of telling when it will because i can’t take anymore time off work to wait for it. if there was a problem with delivery an email should have atleast been sent explaining this and now customer services are closed for the weekend.

Could you check on my order please (removed by mod), I received an email yesterday to say my phone is on it’s way, is this the case or was the email sent in error?
ordered mine on the 28th April. Hasn’t come on 3 delivery dates i have been told. either going to arrive on the 25th, 26th May or the 7th June :/
Tried local stores and there out of stock as well. I’m really annoyed with customer services and how they are handling the situation!

Hi I gave up waiting and cancelled my online order and went to a 3 store nearby who had the White in stock after countless promises about delivery.
@Tamanna – Sorry to hear that. I don’t have an update on iPhone 4 white deliveries at the moment. However, for this type of query it’s probably best to speak with the store who are exchanging your phone, they will be able to keep you updated.
I have had the white iPhone 16 gb for two weeks now on contract with 3. However the speaker has blown and all three stores are out of stock for the white ones and so are apple stores. I went to three different branches today and all white ones are out if stock! Why is this?? Can you tell ms when the next delivery date is? I can’t use my phone and I am not happy.
@ Craig I agree with you fully I have been told the 7th June but if you go on the net as a new customer and order one today the delivery date is the 7th June, why should customers that have been waiting as long as us also have to waait surely new customers should have to wait even longer. I ordered on the 8th May my delivery has been pushed back 3 times, three have taken the money for the handset already and customer service have been no help what so ever.
I am on the verge of cancelling!!!!

@Katie – Afraid we do not have access to account details so I can’t look into your particular order. There have been a couple of delay’s of the iPhone white though. It’s best to call customer services to get an update.

Do you think its ethical of Three to be acceping orders on 01/05/2011 over the internet for delivery of the iphone 4 White on 13/05/2011, then not to fulfil these orders and send new stock to retail “Three” stores to gain additional Sales?

Where can i find data settings for my new iphone?
I synced it and registered it, but have no internet.

My iphone white turned up yesterday, i plugged it in to itunes to register it and set it up. This morning, it was activated, so i can text and call. but i can’t access the internet, it comes up with ‘could not activate cellular data network’
Can you direct me to a help page for data settings, or send the file to me please.

@Nelly – If your local Three store has the phones in stock you can take out a new contract and cancel the one you’ve already set up, but you shouldn’t have long to wait now. We’ll update you all today when we have more info.
@Kelly Baker – Yes this is the White iPhone that’s going to arrive on May 27. If you want to swap your order for a black one, you’ll need to give customer services a call, so they can arrange for you.

@ Kelly – I completely understand your frustration, however we can’t give a specific date on your order at the moment until we get our delivery from Apple.
I’m sorry just noticed that there is a nelly on here.
But I’m still waiting for you to chase up my incomplete order which I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago if you are unable to fulfil this then I will have no option but to return the other phone and cancel both contracts.

We’re awaiting a delivery from Apple, when the delivery is here we’ll be able to fully process your order. Sorry that I can’t get the iPhone 4 in white to you any sooner.
Hi I take it the @ nelly was for me? My name is actually Kelly!! Also I have already received emails from you for both phones telling me that both phones have already been processed as in credit checks etc have already been done so really don’t understand where you are coming from?

@ Jmeasey – Sorry you’ve not had a great experience with our CS team. You can upgrade your phone 3 months before your contract is due to finish. We don’t deal with individual accounts here so I can’t confirm the date that your contract will finish but 333 or a member of staff in a 3Store will be able to tell you.
@ Katie – That’s the date that your iPhone 4 in white will arrive.
@ Andy Wilde – your order should have arrived yesterday?
@ Nelly – Your order is still awaiting a credit check. This hasn’t been completed yet as we do not have stock to fulfil the order. When we get a delivery in from Apple we’ll process your order. Sorry we can’t tell you more at this time.
Mods – i know my earlier comment was slightly off topic (although still related to actually wanting a white iphone 4) – but is there anyway you could respond and help me at all?
I’ve tried phoning 333 to confirm what day i can get an iphone and they have been no help at all as they don’t seem to understand the question and have also tried emailing three, which seems like a totally pointless exercise – 3 days and no response? Not exactly great customer service is it.
If three cant even answer a simple question like “What date can i upgrade to a new phone with you”, then i dread to think how they cope with anything more complex!
