At Three, we know that not all of our customers are international jet-setters, hopping on a plane to foreign climes at the drop of a hat. Some of you are home bodies who spend most of your time in the UK rather than abroad. Being able to use your phone abroad at no extra cost is great, but what if you don’t really need that? What if you’re not seeing the benefit?
We get that. Which is why we’ve launched a new range of Essential plans – a cost-effective set of plans that give you great value and flexibility as well as the freedom to choose a plan based on what you need, without having to pay for the stuff you don’t.
These ‘no-frills’ plans include 4G at no extra cost and are available for a range of different phones as well as on 1 and 12 month SIM plans. You’ll also have the flexibility to make both short and long term changes to your plan throughout the contract.
What the Essential plans don’t include is our Feel At Home service, tethering (using your phone as a hotspot) and inclusive calls to customer service numbers. Not everyone needs to tether, just like not everyone needs to be able to use their phone abroad. Pay for the stuff you need, not the stuff you don’t.
In addition to the Essential plans, our existing plans are getting a bit of a makeover. They’ll now be known as the Advanced plans. These offer everything the Essential plans do, but also include Feel At Home and the option to use your phone as a personal hotspot.
In even more exciting news, as of today any new customers to Three will receive an Amazon voucher, ranging from £25-£50 depending on which plan they choose. Hurry though, this offer won’t last forever!
