The Three Blog – Comments Policy.

To make sure the Three Blog is a platform that’s used sensibly and has a fair balance of public opinion and feedback, we’ve set out the below Comments Policy to help us moderate any comments that are submitted.

We encourage your thoughts and we welcome your feedback, but we won’t be able to publish comments that don’t comply with our Comments Policy. If we become aware of a comment that has been published that doesn’t comply with this Comments Policy, we reserve the right to be able to remove it straight away.

No commercial messages.
We won’t publish any comments that appear to be promoting a non-Three product or service.

Nothing defamatory.
We won’t publish any comments that are defamatory and capable of damaging the reputation of a person or organisation, abusive, amount to harassment or are hateful.

This doesn’t include general opinions, good or bad, about our products or services, or expressions of first hand experience with us as a network. It also doesn’t include comments made in good faith, without malice, or on a matter of public interest.

Nothing offensive.
We won’t publish any comments that include foul language, or anything offensive, including comments that are racist, sexist, homophobic and similar.
We won’t publish any comments that may or would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise breach any law.

No spam.
We won’t publish any (automated) messages that constitute spam and that don’t have any relevance to the topic in discussion or to Three as a business.

No consent.
We won’t publish any material that you don’t have the necessary rights, licences or consents to post

Privacy.
We won’t publish any material that invades anyone’s privacy.
We also won’t discuss the details of individual customers’ accounts in a public forum. This is in line with our Privacy Policy.

No specific technical help/issues.
We won’t publish comments that request specific individual technical support. This doesn’t include comments that can be answered using general Help & Support information already in the public domain.

General

Notwithstanding this Comments Policy, Three can’t be held in any way responsible for the comments posted on this site, and Three does not endorse, approve or promote any comments appearing on this site.

Anyone who violates the Comments Policy may be blocked from making future comments.

E-mail addresses are required for commenting and may be used by Three to privately contact the commenter.

This Comments Policy may be updated from time to time.
