A brief update from me on the My3 disruption.
As I mentioned in my last post, we worked through the weekend to fix what we believed was at the root of the problem. While this served to stabilise My3 for a time, further issues have emerged today that we are still looking Read More.
Across the weekend we experienced intermittent issues with My3. This meant that some Mobile Broadband and MiFi customers wouldn’t have been able to access the My3 service via their dongles – I’m sorry if you’re one of the customers that was affected by this. Following on from my last post about the problems we’ve had with My3 I’m pleased to say it looks like we’ve got to the bottom of the issue. Once again, I apologise for the periods over the last week or so, and over the weekend, when it wasn’t available.
